Process Overview

Initial Consultation: I always offer a free consultation to begin so that we have a chance to meet. I want you to be 100% comfortable with choosing me as your organizer before hiring - so why charge for that?? This also allows me the opportunity to hear your goals for your living space.

Proposal: At this stage, I offer you a proposal with my estimated completion time + recommended products (if you would like to purchase any). If it is agreeable for you we can sign a confidentiality agreement and continue but if not, there are no obligations whatsoever!

Plan + Shop: From here, we have decided to move forward with the project and can plan out the date + time to organize. I offer shopping assistance and complimentary returns of any products you decide not to use in the end.\

Implement: Organize + Editing time! As hands on or off as you like, depending on the goals we will have discussed. I come in and work in 4 hour blocks to get your home as beautifully neat as you want it to be!

Follow Up: I love to check in with my clients after 1-2 weeks, and see if they are still satisfied with my service on our project.

Will I need to purchase supplies?

Depends on your goals! I am happy to use whatever containers you have already but if you would like a new system I can recommend and purchase items that fit your needs and budget.

 

Are you insured?

Yes! 

Do you require a deposit?

Yes, a non-refundable deposit of $60 is required for a half-day (4-hour) session. The deposit is doubled to $120 for sessions longer than 4 hours.

 

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept cash, checks, and debit/credit.  A detailed invoice will be sent to the client. 

 

What is your cancellation policy?

 In the event that an organizing session is canceled without the intent to reschedule the date, a non-refundable cancellation fee of $60 for a half-day (4-hour) session will be assessed. For sessions longer than four hours in length, the cancellation fee doubles to $120.

 

What if I need to reschedule?

I provide a courtesy rescheduling in the event that a date does not work for you. I understand that life can be unexpected sometimes and I’m happy to work with you to reschedule at no additional cost. I ask for a courtesy 24-hour notice for travel purposes.

 

What about my privacy/confidentiality?

Trust and integrity are part of our core values! I include a confidentiality agreement with all of my services and will never share personal information. Photos are taken ONLY with permission and will never include names or sensitive information.
