Common Questions

Will I need to purchase supplies?

It depends on your goals! We are happy to use household items for organization, but if you would like a new system I can recommend and purchase items that fit your needs and budget.

 

Are you insured?

Yes! In the event that a belonging is damaged during a session, we do have coverage available to reimburse the client for the damaged property.

Do you require a deposit?

Focus packages, moving preparation, and home set-up sessions require a full, non-refundable down payment at time of booking. Any organizing supplies provided will be charged at the end of the session.

Fresh start packages require a full, non-refundable down payment for the first organizing session booked. Payment plans are then discussed on a case by case basis.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept cash, checks, and debit/credit. Detailed invoices are provided for reference.

 

What is your cancellation policy?

At Gaby's Gotcha, we have a non-refundable cancellation policy in place to ensure fairness and protect the availability of our services. Please carefully review the following policy:

  1. Non-Refundable Down Payment: To secure your appointment, we require a non-refundable down payment at the time of booking. This payment confirms your commitment and reserves our team's time and resources exclusively for your service.

What if I need to reschedule?

If you need to reschedule your appointment, we kindly request that you provide us with at least 24 hours' notice prior to the scheduled service. This allows us to adjust our schedule and accommodate other clients.

If 24 hours notice is not provided, Gaby's Gotcha reserves the right to cancel the session without issuing a credit for the missed session.

What about my privacy/confidentiality?
We understand that your privacy is of utmost importance. As a professional organizer, we respect your confidentiality and will not discuss or disclose any information about you, your home, or the services provided, unless required by law or given explicit permission by you.


During the organizing process, we may take photographs of the space before, during, and after our services. These photographs are used for reference and documentation purposes, and may be used for marketing or promotional materials with your explicit consent. We will always seek your permission before using any photographs that may potentially identify you or your property.
